YOU are heartily invited to join us and help make his sad decline into very Middle Age that much more festive with the unrelenting jeers and ridicule from his fellow cowboys and cowgirls.
Who could want more on his birthday?
Black Jack McGinnis has been in Cowboy Action Shooting for longer than most of us even knew it existed and nearly since the inception of SASS. He has won local, state, regional and national cowboy shooting buckles, trophies and awards in several shooting categories.
He was inducted into the SASS Hall of Fame in 2008 and serves as one of the Official Photographers at End of Trail, the SASS International Championships in New Mexico.
Most of us know him at matches for his hearty laugh and clean shooting. In 2010, he shot 11 clean monthly matches during our season at Springfield, [and it probably would have been 12 if we hadn’t been flooded out for one of them].
So if you can join us Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Springfield [actually Loami, southwest of Springfield], we’d be delighted to have you at the celebration. We’ll have cake and goodies AFTER the match at the [heated] Club House.
